By accessing or using Servify at servifymy.com, operated by Servify Exclusive (SSM No: 202603135762 (003854282-V)), ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of Servify, including service seekers (customers) and service providers (businesses listed on the platform).
Servify is a digital marketplace that connects Malaysian customers with local service providers. Servify acts solely as a platform intermediary — we do not provide, employ, or control any of the services listed on the platform.
⚠️ Important: Servify is a marketplace only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any services provided by third-party service providers listed on our platform. All service agreements are made directly between the customer and the provider.
To access certain features of Servify, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

If you register as a service provider on Servify, you agree to the following additional terms:

All content on Servify created by us — including the logo, design, code, written content, and user interface — is owned by Servify and protected by the Copyright Act 1987 (Malaysia). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content without prior written permission.

🛡️ Servify's liability limitation: While we take reasonable steps to moderate content, Servify cannot guarantee the accuracy of all provider listings and is not liable for loss or damage caused by fraudulent, misleading or inaccurate content posted by third-party users. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law.
To report fraudulent or inappropriate content, email servify.my@gmail.com with the listing URL and details of your concern. We will investigate within 3 business days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Servify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
