Refund Policy

Our fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy for Servify subscriptions.

โœ… Simple summary: Cancel anytime. No questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you haven't used the subscription.

1 Free Trial

All new service provider accounts on Servify receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or payment is required to start your free trial.

At the end of your free trial, your listing will be paused unless you subscribe to a paid plan. You will not be charged automatically โ€” payment is always opt-in.

Servify Exclusive (SSM No: 202603135762 (003854282-V)). All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed via ToyyibPay FPX โ€” Malaysian online banking.

3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Servify subscription at any time from your provider dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.

To cancel, go to your Dashboard โ†’ Subscription โ†’ Cancel Plan. Or email us at servify.my@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 24 hours.

4 Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Servify. Our refund policy is as follows:

To request a refund, email servify.my@gmail.com with your registered email and reason for refund. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7โ€“14 business days via your original payment method.

5 Service Disputes

Servify is a marketplace platform only. We do not provide, manage or oversee the actual services delivered by providers. Therefore:

If a provider is found to be fraudulent or in violation of our Terms, we will take action including listing removal and account suspension.

6 Platform Downtime

In the event of significant platform downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) caused by our infrastructure, affected subscribers may be eligible for a prorated credit on their next billing cycle. We will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis.

7 Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia). If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may also file a complaint with:
